A Soliciting Agent and Firm that would like to solicit Mutual of Omaha Retirement Services' products must be appointed with United of Omaha Life Insurance Company. To be properly appointed with United, the Soliciting Agent and Firm must have an executed Producer Agreement on file with United and have a current insurance license in the state of the sale.

A selling agreement is needed for broker-dealer firms. You can start the appointment and licensing process with Mutual of Omaha by completing our Selling Agreement Request Form online.
Once we receive this information, we will send a Selling Agreement Kit that includes the following materials:

- Sample enrollment kit
- Product overview brochure
- Investments overview flyer
- Services overview flyer
- Education overview flyer
